The 1992 Pontiac Firebird, Formula,
Trans Am & GTA Lot#2

Someone who shall remain nameless (because he forgot to include a name in the e-mail) owns this bright red Firebird. He who has no name writes:

"I have owned this 1992 Firebird for 9 years. It was my daily driver for several years before becoming just a show/cruise car. Its all original, numbers matching, with only a K&N and cat back having been added. It has the 305 TBI with a 700r4, with around 115K miles. I now only drive it on weekends to car shows or cruises, putting about 1000 miles a year on it, so it is driven. It has been featured in a national magazine and has won numerous trophies. I have had other T/A's and this is the best for all around performance, comfort, and drivability. All 1992 Firebirds are rare, due to low production numbers and with the W68 options this car is 1 of only hundreds made."

Laura Allen owns this black '92 Convertible Trans Am. Laura writes:

"I really enjoyed your site and wanted to add my 3rd generation convertible Trans-Am. I have wanted to own one since I was 9 in 1981 and I never out grew the Knight Rider bug! I actually found it through Autotrader in Toms River, NJ, about 1 1/2 hrs away from my home. It had 2 owners, and was very well kept, the interior lwas like brand new, black on black, it was missing the rear passenger center wheel cap, but thanks to e-bay it has been corrected! The man I bought it from purchased it from an auction, and had 91,000 miles on it. The convertible was a plus, I just wanted to have a black Pontiac Trans Am of my own. I did have a new Pioneer Radio installed, but kept the factory one since it is the original. The car gets LOTS of attention around town, and is the pride of my Pontiacs! I also own an '07 Pontiac G6, but there is nothing like the feeling of driving my Trans Am along the New Jersey shoreline with the top down!"

Thanks,
Laura Allen

Frank Henderson owns this custom '92 TA. Frank writes:

"Hi my name is Frank Henderson. 1992 trans am ws6. I want my car displayed on your site in the year to year section. I bought this car for a really nice price (what a steal), it has about 120,000 on the dash and about 40,000 on a rebuilt engine. Everything's original except the mods done to the hood. Power windows, locks, mirrors and power antenna. I have a set of 20" Alba rims. WS6 factory suspension. I also have 2 JL Audio W3's 12's in the trunk."
